Developer:Princes’ Buildtech & Infrastructure Developers Pvt. Ltd. (not Black Grape).

Features:  
• Premium residential and commercial plots with developed infrastructure.   
• Ready-to-move status with various plot sizes available (typically ~1029 sq ft to larger plots).   
• Strategic location adjacent to Prestige University and connected via the Indore–Ujjain Highway corridor.

Status: Completed and operational (plots available for resale).

Note: Marketing and sales for this project may be handled by local real estate agents (possibly including firms like Black Grapes Real Estate), but Black Grape is not the developer. Marketing agency involvement does not equate to project development by Black Grape.

2. BCM Shanti Ratan Avenue

Type: Residential township/plotted project on Ujjain Road.

Developer:BCM Group (not Black Grapes Real Estate).

Overview:  
• Upcoming residential plots with modern lifestyle features.   
• Set on a 100 ft road with access to key amenities and connectivity.

Status: Under development/pre-launch.

Note: BCM Group is the principal developer; real estate brokers (again, potentially including Black Grapes as a broker) may market the project, but they are not the developing entity.

3. Vibrant Hill View

Type: Residential and commercial plot project along Ujjain Road (Ringnodiya area).

Developer:Vibrant Group (not Black Grapes Real Estate).

Highlights:  
• Residential plots (approx. 600 sq ft – 1000 sq ft).   
• Provides scenic hill views, gated community features, club and gardens, and proximity to key amenities.   
• Commercial plots also available.

Status: Under construction with completion timelines indicated (typical industry info suggests mid-2026).
